Capturing the elegance of Turkmenian horses

Tense, beautifully toned muscles. Sense of freedom and strength in every move. Glossy mane flowing through the wind. Horses racing through magnificent landscapes are a magnet for the eyes. We imprinted their silhouettes on seven sets of whiskey glasses that found their home in Turkmenistan – in the local presidential family.

Moser is known as "the glass of kings." During the existence of the brand, countless important personalities met with the owners of crystal works. They belong to them not only Czech presidents, Masaryk and Havel, but also, at random, the British Queen Elizabeth II. and Duchess Camilla, of Spain kings Juan Carlos I. and Philip VI., the Norwegian royal couple Harald V. and Sonja or Popes John Paul II. or Benedict XVI.

Moser gained an exclusive contract for the Turkmenistan's presidential office. Traditional eight sets of Copenhagen's beverage portfolio and 7 sets of whiskey glasses with engravings of Turkmenistan presidential horses.

The engravings were made on an iconic Moser whisky set that remains unchanged in appearance since 1968. The contrast of the heavy base and ethereal sides will stand out in the clear crystal variant and even more so in one of the typical Moser colours. The perfect unity of colour and shape is the reason why this drinkware set is so popular with customers.

The engravings that were made are reflection of pictures of the Turkmenian horses. These horses hail from Turkmenistan and their origins can be traced back 3,000 years before Russia was even founded. They are the last pure strain of Turkmenian horses. Their bodies are slender and lean in build with petite features. The most common colors for these beautiful horses are bay, black, dun, chestnut, gray, and palomino. The biggest thing that sets these animals apart from the rest of the equine realm is the metallic sheen of their coats. There is a glossy polish that overlays the base color of their coat that almost makes them shine.
